Release Films
 Clearsil® release films from CPFilms are intended for use in demanding applications where consistency of release roll-to-roll and run-to-run is critical. In fact, Clearsil® offers the industry's highest quality film release liners in terms of cleanliness and optical clarity, with minimal or no silicone transfer.
Coated in environmentally controlled cleanrooms, our Clearsil®(PDF) products incorporate primarily polyester-based films from the industry's leading film manufacturers. Among the special polyester bases available are matte, metallized, white, multi-colored printed, plus deep-dyed, along with a variety of other bases. Our release films can be used with our own optically clear adhesives, as well as on coated metallized and deep-dyed colored films.

In addition to our standard silicone release coatings, we offer the following specialized releases:
- Clearsil® fluorinated silicone release liners(PDF) S10 utilizes a fluorinated polysiloxane system that is thermally cured to provide excellent release properties for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives and materials. Typical applications include high-temperature tapes and adhesives, medical tapes, as well as specialty labels and tapes.
- ClearLES™ low extractable silicone liners(PDF) UV12 and UV50 provide a clear, consistent release coating with practically zero extractable silicones. ClearLES™ liners have been specially engineered to meet the exacting needs of computer hard drives, electronic materials and medical device applications.
- Non-Silicone Release(PDF) NSR is ideally suited for applications where any traces of silicone cannot be tolerated. The coating adds virtually no additional haze to the base film. Typical applications include computer hard drives and ceramic tapes, among others.
- UV-cured silicones(PDF) for medical applications including drug delivery systems and medical diagnostic devices (FDA approval pending).
