Coated Adhesive Films & Foams

CPFilms produces solution coated and laminated film products using a variety of film bases to meet the specific performance requirements of customers. We specialize in clear coatings, with individual products including scratch-resistant hardcoats, optically clear pressure-sensitive adhesives, adhesion-promoting primers, heat-sealable coatings, and various topcoats.

Our coated and laminated films and foams are used in a wide range of applications, such as overlaminates(PDF), graphic arts and signage, decorative laminates, labels and specialty tapes, medical products, as well as many electronics applications.

All coating and laminating is conducted in environmentally controlled cleanrooms, thereby eliminating the risk of contamination. Both UV and thermal curing are available, utilizing solvent- and water-based chemistries. The most common substrates we use include polyester (PET), polypropylene (BOPP), vinyl (PVC), plus polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE) foams.
