CPFilms is a highly experienced manufacturer of coated film and foam products used in the medical market. Our precision-engineered product solutions are used in a wide range of applications, including diagnostic materials and equipment, sensors, wound care and dressings, transdermal patches and other drug delivery systems, as well as fixation devices and other medical substrates.

Among the many products we provide are adhesive-coated films, conductive films, deep-dyed colored films, Clearsil® release films for drug delivery systems and medical diagnostics, as well as clear-on-clear pharmaceutical label stock(PDF).

"Flexibility with consistency" is the hallmark of our support to medical customers. In addition to our standard products, we offer design services that tailor products to your specific custom requirements. As an alternative, we can take your own materials and coat, laminate and slit to your specifications.

Backing up these capabilities is our extensive experience with pressure-sensitive adhesives, including skin-friendly aqueous and solvent-based systems. We also have knowledge of all roll-based substrates used in medical film applications, including non-wovens, polyolefin films, PU/PE foams, PU films, and release liners.

CPFilms is an ISO 9001:2008 accredited company that supports Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We're committed to delivering high-quality, defect-free coatings, adhering to tight production tolerances. We manufacture in humidity- and temperature-controlled cleanroom environments.

We employ many coating methods in the manufacturing of medical products. We can coat dyes, pigments and adhesives onto the surface of the film — with stripes and patterns easily accomplished. We can laminate many different substrates. And we can slit to your requirements, operating under the same clean conditions as the rest of the manufacturing process.
