CPFilms manufactures a wide-ranging line of coated film products that are engineered for use in electronic display products. Our products have been designed for different applications, such as computer touchscreens and pen entry devices, PDAs, electroluminescent (EL) lamps, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), EMI/RFI shielding, electrophoretics, printed circuits, and other specialized uses.

Our sputter-coated polyester film product offerings are electrically conductive using various coatings such as indium tin oxide (ITO), palladium, silver and gold. Some products are optically transparent. In addition, we support our customers in developing and manufacturing products involving film substrates other than optical-grade polyester film, such as polyimide, fluorocarbon, heat-stabilized polyester, and many others.

Manufacturing
CPFilms employs many processes in our manufacturing for electronic display applications, including deep-dyeing, metallizing and sputtering. When you purchase from CPFilms, your product will have excellent cross-web and down-web uniformity of the various coatings.
