CPFilms is a worldwide provider of coated and laminated products, having served the industry as the leading manufacturer of solar control window films for over 30 years. Our offerings include products based on well-established technologies, newly developed coatings that utilize the latest technologies, as well as coating and laminating services provided on a toll or custom basis. We specialize in coating and laminating "high value" films and laminates.

Our coated line of products is wide-ranging, and includes:

Both UV and thermal curing capabilities are available, combined with solvent- and water-based chemistries. We can coat films using a variety of methods including direct, offset or reverse gravure and slot die processes.

We also design and make products using a variety of film bases to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Among the most popular substrates are:

• Aluminum foil
• Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN)
• Vinyl (PVC)
• Polycarbonate (PC)
• Polypropylene (BOPP)

Substrate thicknesses range from 0.5 mil to 14 mil (12 to 350 microns). Roll widths range from 36 to 74 inches (91.5 to 188 cm).

All coating and laminating is conducted in clean humidity- and temperature-controlled manufacturing environments, thus eliminating contamination that could affect the integrity and performance of your products.
