Silicone Coating

Clearsil® release films are the clear choice for use with pressure sensitive adhesive and cast film product applications. Produced in environmentally controlled clean rooms, Clearsil® offers the highest level of cross web and run-to-run consistency. Offered are contaminant and scratch-free release coatings on substrates including primarily PET (0.5 to 14 mils or 350 microns), BOPP and HDPE films. Two-side and differential coatings are available on films 1 mil (24 microns) and thicker. Chemistries include tin-catalyzed silicones, ClearLES™(PDF) UV-cured low extractable silicones, and S10(PDF) fluorosilicone(PDF) release for use with silicone PSAs, in addition to Non Silicone Release(PDF) coatings. Various levels of release are available, from "very easy" to "very tight".
